RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At J'AURA, we want you to love your order and enjoy your pink aura experience 💗

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging  
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items  
• Gift cards  
• Personal care products that have been opened or used  
• Items returned without prior contact

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please contact us first at:

Please include:
• Your order number  
• The item(s) you wish to return  
• The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, processing may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund:

• Check your bank account again  
• Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary

If you still have not received your refund after several business days, please contact us.
