How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry! Please email us at jaurapink@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale.

Are your glass products fragile?

Our Glassy Aura pieces are packed with extra love and care to make sure they arrive perfectly. Each glass item is wrapped individually and shipped in padded boxes.

Are colors exactly as shown?

We try our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings.
